Rosè winesThe rosé wines, although they are not very widespread and scarcely considered, can be produced with oenological techniques different, each of which allows you to obtain a result with distinct quality, therefore the generic category of rose wines includes a set of wines produced with different methods. All the rosé wines have a common characteristic: they are produced with red berried grapes. The only exception is represented by rose sparkling that in most cases - and the only case in enology - are produced by mixing white wines and red wines in varying amounts in order to obtain a rosé wine. |
